Rental Opportunities

There are many opportunities to rent our the Spring Grove Recreation Center depending on what type of function you are looking to have. We can accommodate for just about any banquet, party, baby shower, bridal shower, wedding, tournament, or anything else you have in mind.

ROOMS TO RENT

• Community Room: This room holds up to 60 people and is equipped with a stove, refrigerator/freezer, and kitchen area. Most rental that choose this room are birthday parties, baptisms, anniversary parties, small weddings, baby showers and bridal showers. The room was central air and heat.

• Gymnasium: This room can hold up to 200 people. This area is our largest and is used mostly for basketball, volleyball, dances and big receptions or gatherings. There is a stage area this is available and a NEW surround sound system for the room.

• Youth Center: This room holds up to 45 people and  is arranged in a game room like setting. There are many game tables like pool, ping pong, foosball, and air hockey. There is also a lounge area with a television and radio. This room is mostly used for birthday parties and family gatherings.

• Mothers Room: This room holds up to 40 people and is usually rented out for toddler birthday parties. There are many toys for the younger age group. A small bathroom is available in this room.

• Windy Hill Senior Center: This room can hold up to 100 people. The room can accommodate most events and is used for a variety of functions. A fully functional kitchen is also available at an extra cost.

All rooms in the Recreation Center have air conditioning and heating. All rentals are set up in contract form which requires at $30.00 deposit which is non-refundable at the time of booking. All deposits are applied toward total rental cost.

***Half day rates are for 4 hours and full day rates are for 8 hours.  All half day and full day rental also get 1 hour before and 1 hour after for their set up and clean up periods added to the rental times.

Any rentals over 8 hours must be approved by the Executive Director. Additional fees will be added for rentals over 8 hours
